1. What data we collect

1.1. Account data: email and name; when you sign in with Google or Yandex, that account's identifier. Your password is stored only as a cryptographic hash, never in plain text.

1.2. Technical account data: registration and last-activity dates, preferences, your plan and its validity, and any issued API keys (as a hash).

1.3. Anonymized click statistics for your short links: country and city by IP, device type, operating system and browser (derived from the User-Agent), and the traffic source. Final visitors of the links are not identified by name.

2. Why we use the data

2.1. To provide the Service and its features, and to authenticate and maintain your account.

2.2. To produce the statistics and analytics for your links.

2.3. To send you service messages (email verification, notices and the weekly report, if you have it enabled).

2.4. To comply with applicable law.

3. Legal basis

3.1. Your consent, given when you register and use the Service, which you may withdraw at any time.

3.2. The necessity to perform the agreement (the Terms of Service) to which you are a party.

4. Cookies and local storage

4.1. The Service uses first-party technical and functional cookies, and cookies of the Yandex.Metrica web-analytics tool for anonymized statistics of visits to funnellink.cc, including the Webvisor feature (anonymized recording of on-page actions to analyze usability). We do not use advertising trackers. By continuing to use the site, you accept the use of cookies for these purposes.

4.2. Cookies we use: «fl_session» — session (30 days); «fl_anon» — adoption of anonymously created links at sign-up; «fl_oauth_state/next/link» — technical, for Google/Yandex sign-in (10 minutes); «flv_<code>» on the funlnk.cc domain — remembers the A/B test variant on repeat visits (30 days); «flu» on funlnk.cc — an anonymized browser identifier to count unique visitors, with no personal data (~2 years); Yandex.Metrica cookies («_ym_*») — anonymized statistics.

4.3. The click identifier used to count conversions is stored in the browser's local storage (localStorage), not in a cookie.

4.4. You can manage cookies through your browser. Disabling strictly necessary cookies makes signing in impossible.

5. Storage and security

5.1. Data is processed and stored on the infrastructure of Railway (hosting and database) and Cloudflare (delivery and infrastructure). Passwords and tokens are stored as a hash.

5.2. We keep data while the account is active and until you withdraw consent. When the account is deleted, the associated data is deleted.

5.3. We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data from unauthorized access.

6. Third parties

6.1. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties, except where required by law.

6.2. To operate the Service we rely on providers acting on our behalf: Railway (hosting and database), Cloudflare (delivery and infrastructure), Yandex.Metrica (site analytics) and the payment provider (to process payments). We neither receive nor store your card data.

7. Visitors of your short links

7.1. By creating links and collecting their statistics, you act as the controller for the final visitors of those links and ensure the lawfulness of processing their data by your own means.

8. Your rights

8.1. You may access your data, request its correction, blocking or deletion, and withdraw your consent.

8.2. You can delete your account yourself in the profile (the «Delete the account» section) or by writing to [email protected]. Withdrawing consent entails ceasing to provide the Service.

9. Minors

9.1. The Service is not directed to anyone below the minimum age required by your country's law to consent to data processing. If you are below it, do not use the Service without your legal guardian's consent.

10. Changes

10.1. We may update this Policy by publishing the new version at https://funnellink.cc/en/privacy. Continued use of the Service means acceptance of the changes.
