Acceptable use of the FunnelLink smart short-link service

This Policy defines the acceptable use of the «FunnelLink» service and supplements the Terms of Service. By using the Service, you agree to comply with it.
1. Prohibited content
It is prohibited to create short links that lead to resources or materials that:
1.1. contain malware, viruses, exploits or other malicious code;
1.2. are used for phishing or to steal credentials or payment data;
1.3. are tied to fraud, pyramid schemes or misleading arrangements;
1.4. are illegal under applicable law, including child sexual abuse material, incitement to violence, drugs or weapons, or extremist content;
1.5. infringe copyrights, trademarks or other rights of third parties;
1.6. are spam or intended for non-consensual bulk sending.
2. Prohibited actions
2.1. Creating redirect loops or links to the Service itself that produce cycles.
2.2. Actions that create excessive load or aim to disrupt the Service (including DoS).
2.3. Circumventing the plan's technical limits or other Service restrictions.
2.4. Attempting unauthorized access to the Service, to other users' accounts or to the infrastructure.
2.5. Mass automated link creation for bad-faith purposes, or using the Service to hide (cloak) malicious or prohibited resources behind a short address.
3. Mailings
3.1. It is prohibited to use the Service's short links in non-consensual bulk email, messenger or SMS mailings (spam).
4. Consequences of violations
4.1. In case of a violation, we may, without prior notice, disable a link, suspend or delete the user's account.
4.2. In case of a violation, amounts already paid are not refunded.
4.3. Where required by law, information about the violation and the user may be provided to the competent authorities.
5. How to report abuse
5.1. You can report a malicious or fraudulent short link at https://funnellink.cc/abuse or by writing to [email protected]. We review reports within a reasonable time.
6. Changes
6.1. We may amend this Policy by publishing the new version at https://funnellink.cc/en/acceptable-use.
