1. The Service

1.1. FunnelLink is a web service for smart short links: link shortening, QR codes, A/B tests, conversion funnels, click statistics, smart routing, messenger previews, team access and an API, among other features described on the site.

1.2. We may improve, change or discontinue features of the Service. We will announce material changes by reasonable means.

2. Your account

2.1. To use most features you must create an account and verify your email.

2.2. You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Let us know if you notice unauthorized use.

2.3. You must be at least the minimum age required by your country's law to accept these Terms.

3. Acceptable use

3.1. You agree to use the Service in accordance with the Acceptable Use Policy (https://funnellink.cc/en/acceptable-use) and applicable law.

3.2. We may disable links, suspend or delete accounts that violate that Policy or these Terms.

4. Plans and payments

4.1. The Service offers a free plan and paid plans with different limits and features, as described at https://funnellink.cc/en/#pricing.

4.2. During the launch period, in regions with no available payment method, paid features may be granted for free and for a limited time (a promotion). The promotion gives no right to a refund or to its renewal.

4.3. Prices, limits and plan availability may change; changes apply to subsequent periods.

5. Your content

5.1. You are responsible for the destination addresses of your links and for having the right to use them. The Service is a tool; we are not responsible for the content of destination sites.

5.2. You grant us the right to process your links and data to the extent needed to provide the Service (for example, to redirect, generate statistics and previews).

6. Intellectual property

6.1. The Service, its software, brand and design belong to us. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it while you comply with these Terms.

7. Privacy

7.1. Data processing is governed by the Privacy Policy (https://funnellink.cc/en/privacy). By using the Service, you consent to that processing.

8. Warranties and liability

8.1. The Service is provided «as is» and «as available», with no warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation.

8.2. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or lost profits, arising from the use of or inability to use the Service.

9. Term and termination

9.1. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from the profile.

9.2. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or of the Acceptable Use Policy.

10. Changes to the Terms

10.1. We may update these Terms by publishing the new version at https://funnellink.cc/en/oferta. Continued use of the Service means acceptance of the changes.
